1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 777q7 platform ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "user"). By creating an account on 777q7, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" — The 777q7 website and all related services.
• "User" — Any person who holds a registered account on 777q7 or uses the platform.
• "Wallet" — A user's financial balance on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money received as a promotion that requires a specified wagering condition to be met before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" — Money deposited by the user themselves.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 777q7, the user must be 21 years of age or older. National ID or passport details may be requested as proof of age. Any account opened by a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts — regardless of device, IP address, or identity used — all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a serious violation and may result in the account being closed at any time.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your account password and login details completely confidential is solely your responsibility. 777q7 will never ask you for your password or OTP. If someone else accesses your account and a financial loss occurs due to your own negligence, the platform does not bear that liability.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following methods are accepted for deposits on 777q7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Transactions below the set limit will not be accepted.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact support and keep a screenshot of the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals may be on hold until this verification is complete. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Currency & Transaction Fees

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform does not charge its own transaction fees, however your mobile banking service or bank may apply their own charges — that is the user's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For a ৳8,000 deposit, the bonus will be ৳5,000 (the maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

Bonus funds must meet a 25x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 in wagers must be completed.

Not all games may contribute at the same rate when wagering with bonus funds. You can find out the contribution rate for specific games through support.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If any manipulation or coordinated play is found in the use of bonuses, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 777q7 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on 777q7 must be played according to the specified rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. 777q7 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

If a game stops mid-round or produces an abnormal result due to a technical error, 777q7 reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the bet. The platform's decision in such matters will be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee a specific outcome ("arbitrage" or "bonus hunting").
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any system on the platform.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account with a false identity or information.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

777q7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any reason, and in particular for violations of the terms and conditions. In cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice.

Users may also contact support to request the closure of their own account. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any real funds (free of wagering requirements) will be provided.

9 Responsible Gaming

777q7 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gambling or betting should be a form of entertainment — it should not become a source of financial stress or addiction. We provide the following features on the platform:

• The ability to set personal deposit limits.
